For a nominal fee, we will:
- Take photos
- Work with you to set pricing
- File paperwork
- Customize contract
- Set up the web site ad (addt'l fee for web site membership)
Once the rentals start coming in, we will charge 10% of the rental fee plus cleaning fee and will provide the following services:
- Receive and forward payments
- File necessary community forms with each rental
- Provide concierge service including shopping, restaurant reservations etc. and 24 emergency hotline to your guests (some concierge services may cost extra and will charged directly to the guest)
- Inspect the property for damage and file a report when necessary
- Clean the property between rentals
