- Take photos
- Work with you to set pricing
- File paperwork
- Customize contract with you
- Set up the web site ad (additional fee for web site membership)
- Receive and forward payments
- File necessary community forms with each rental
- Provide concierge service including shopping, restaurant reservations etc. (some concierge services may cost extra and will charged directly to the guest)
- Provide 24 emergency service hotline to your guests
- Inspect the property for damage and file a report when necessary
- Clean the property between rentals
