Guests can get in touch with us through our 24-hour emergency services hotline. This number is for emergencies only between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. We will answer the call and send someone to your home if necessary within 2 hours. This service costs $40 per visit plus labor and parts. With our fridge magnets, the number is always available and visible: (570) 878-COUGH. COUGH doesn't mean anything but it's the only number we could get.
